About Carlos Bowden
Carlos Bowden has significant experience in driving financial strategy, growth, and successful exits for a range of global companies in a variety of industries. Under his leadership, companies successfully navigated successful acquisitions, including an eCommerce portfolio with acquired businesses driving revenue growth from $8M to nearly $100M. He also established and implemented operational policies and financial controls that successfully positioned a telecommuncation product company for a clean audit by PricewaterhouseCoopers and a successful sale to Nokia for over $200M.
Carlos is experienced in financial systems analysis and implementation, including architecting and project-managing a $3M city-wide ERP system spanning 21 departments.
He has led financial management, process improvement, audits, and financial reporting in companies across multiple global locations, including U.S., Germany, Japan, Australia, and Europe.
