About Robert Peay
Robert Peay is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with both public and private companies ranging in sales from $25M to $300M with global distribution through a variety of channels.
At Black Diamond Equipment (NASDAQ: CLAR), Robert led the successful transformation of a private to a publicly traded company and helped raise over $63M of equity in the public markets.
Robert also led the due diligence efforts at Skullcandy (formerly NASDAQ: SKUL) to sell the assets of Astro Gaming to Logitech (NASDAQ: LOGI). He also led the due diligence efforts to sell Goal Zero, LLC to a strategic buyer, NRG Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NRG).
During all his CFO roles, he has helped grow EBITDA, improve cash forecasting, enhance strategic banking relationships and develop KPI metrics that drive results.
