Bradley Siler, CPA, CGMA is a seasoned executive and financial strategist with over 20 years of experience guiding companies through transformation, growth, and global expansion. Named one of the Top 10 Inspiring CFOs of 2023, Bradley has built a reputation for operational excellence, disciplined financial leadership, and strategic innovation.

As CFO of Graebel Companies, Bradley played a key role in transforming a $250 million asset-heavy business into a $1.3 billion SaaS-based global relocation enterprise. His leadership extended across all financial operations, risk management, and compliance, while also executing strategic divestitures, negotiating multi-million-dollar credit facilities, and supporting international transactions across 60+ currencies.

More recently, as President and CEO of American Relocation Connections, he oversaw multi-entity operations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, driving double-digit revenue growth while improving financial controls and operational efficiency. Prior to that, he served as CFO of G&Z Transport, where he led complex financial restructuring efforts that improved profitability by nearly 200% within two years.

Bradley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Colorado State University.
