Dwayne Wright

Dwayne Wright is a veteran CFO with over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, accounting, compliance, and global business strategy. His background spans real estate, software, manufacturing, construction, international distribution, and both public and private sectors. A credentialed CPA, CIA, CISA, and CFE, Dwayne brings a deeply analytical and tech-forward approach to solving complex financial challenges—leveraging ERP and EPM systems to streamline reporting, drive growth, and increase shareholder value.

Dwayne’s career includes leadership roles across high-growth companies and global enterprises, including work with three of the Big Four accounting firms (Deloitte, EY, PwC). He has led or supported multiple IPOs, mergers, reverse mergers, and capital raises, with deep expertise in SEC reporting, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and financial systems implementation. His CFO roles have spanned entities up to $320M in revenue, where he has been responsible for everything from SOX compliance and 401(k)/409A audits to NetSuite integrations, investor reporting, and cross-functional team leadership.

Fluent in Spanish and a longtime accounting instructor, Dwayne is passionate about financial clarity, operational efficiency, and team development. He holds an MBA from Utah State University, a BS in Accounting from Utah Valley University, and a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
