Jordan Hatanaka is a strategic finance leader and seasoned CFO with over a decade of experience in corporate finance, controllership, and outsourced CFO services.

Jordan has guided financial strategy and operations for organizations across multiple industries, helping them scale sustainably while navigating mergers, acquisitions, and capital restructuring.

He has produced long-range financial forecasts, led ERP implementations, and developed strategic plans that have contributed to meaningful growth and operational efficiency. Jordan has played a central role in driving revenue gains, improving EBITDA performance, and enhancing internal reporting systems for more informed decision-making.

His financial leadership has directly contributed to multimillion-dollar improvements in profitability and financial health.

Prior to providing CFO advisory services, Jordan held roles as Controller and Assistant Controller for a variety of private companies. He managed regulatory compliance, financial audits, internal controls, and budget execution across diverse operational environments.

Jordan holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
