Juli Elston

Juli Elston is a seasoned CFO and financial strategist with over 30 years of executive leadership across private equity, real estate, financial services, and multi-industry operating companies. She brings a unique blend of corporate finance, capital markets, and operational experience—having helped organizations close over $40 billion in transactions, navigate restructurings, and develop long-term growth strategies.

Juli has held leadership roles at institutions such as Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Zions Bancorp, as well as executive positions in real estate development, medical manufacturing, and hospitality. She specializes in developing and executing capital plans, raising private and institutional capital, managing complex portfolios, and advising boards and executive teams through critical inflection points.

Her background includes deep experience with real estate assets and REITs, from acquisition underwriting to strategic portfolio management. She has also led ERP integrations, HR transitions, financial turnarounds, and fund structuring efforts.
