About Mike Paulsin
Mike Paulsin is a respected leader with significant organizational and financial management experience in multiple industries, including publishing, manufacturing, warehouse/wholesale distribution, ecommerce, service industries, food/beverage, and more. In prevoius CFO, CEO, COO & President Roles, Mike has successfully led companies through rapid growth, change, turnarounds, and acquisitions, as well as leading companies through challenging recession environments and fluctuating economic landscapes.
In his experience as a financial leader, Mike has improved accounting processes to reduce month-end close cycles, implemented financial planning and forecasting for better visibility and strategic decision making, optimized revenues and profitability, lead divestiture discussions to private equity and strategic buyers, evaluated acquisitions and integrated acquired companies, and helped improve EBITDA margins. He has also executed improvement initiatives and organizational changes resulting in tens of millions of dollars in savings, credits, and refunds.
