Sandra Boger

Sandra Boger is a strategic CFO and Controller with over 10 years of experience helping companies scale, secure funding, and navigate complex financial operations. With a background spanning hospitality, construction, ecommerce, and international business, she brings a dynamic and hands-on leadership approach to growing organizations.

Sandra has helped startups evolve into multi-million-dollar operations, guided companies through mergers and acquisitions totaling over $60 million, and led financial system upgrades from QuickBooks to NetSuite.

Sandra’s strengths include building high-functioning finance teams, establishing GAAP-compliant internal controls, and managing relationships with banks, investors, and auditors. She’s known for her ability to work across departments to develop forecasting tools, streamline reporting, and position companies for growth or exit. Sandra is an active angel investor, fluent in French, and experienced in both U.S. and Canadian financial environments.

She holds undergraduate degrees from Brigham Young University and George Mason University, and a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix. Sandra is currently pursuing her CPA designation.
