Implementation Process

Your systems plan is designed, vendors are selected, and the roll-out timeline is determined. Now it’s time to put your new systems strategy into action!

Your systems advisor will be your transformation coach and guide to make sure the project journey goes smoothly, is completed on time, and delivers all promised functionality.  Advisors will assist with the design and execution of data migration, user acceptance testing, and end-user training so your team is prepared to extract the maximum benefit from the new solution. Your advisor will also be available to help troubleshoot issues as they arise and to assist in making decisions among alternative approaches.

Where necessary, we will help you select an implementation specialist to configure the technical aspects of the system, and we will work alongside this specialist to make sure everything is tuned specifically to your needs. We will also offer ongoing support, training, and consultation to help your organization adopt and implement the new system into your financial processes and to ensure you’re maximizing the benefits of your new system.
